My Approach

I have been a YMCA qualified and Reps registered Personal Trainer since 2010.

My approach to fitness is to educate, inspire and motivate you to get the results you want. I work with all levels of fitness and will tailor a fitness plan specifically for you. Together we can work towards your desired goals and help you to adopt and, just as importantly, maintain your new healthier and fitter lifestyle.

Please don’t be deterred if exercise is new to you, it is never too late to make improvements. Within the comfort of a private, fully equipped boutique studio I can offer one-to-one, couple and small group training sessions. I pride myself on delivering a varied and interesting workout to keep things fresh and give an element of surprise. My aim is to always keep you engaged and motivated.

One-to-One Personal Training

I offer 30 minute or 1 hour sessions tailored to your specific needs or goals.

Couple & Small Group Training

Working out with your partner or in a small group of friends can be fun as well as effective.

Pre-Post Natal Training

Staying healthy before, during and after pregnancy is hugely beneficial for both mother and baby. I can advise on the best ways to do this.

Sports Specific Training

Are you training for a specific sport event or are you looking to improve your performance? I can tailor a plan to help.

One-off Sessions

Ideal as a way for us to assess your needs and for you to sample a one-to-one workout with me without the commitment of a subscription.

Also useful to shake up your normal exercise routine and introduce some new inspiration.
